Morning rituals are crucial for setting the tone for your day and promoting overall well-being. Within the first 2 hours of waking, I prioritize my physical, mental, and spiritual health by completing a routine that includes drinking a glass of room-temperature water, praying, pooping, meditating, and journaling. This allows me to start my day with intention, clarity, and a sense of inner peace, setting the tone for the rest of my day. To top it off, a morning walk serves as the perfect way to further energize my mind and body, preparing me to take on whatever challenges may come my way. How about you? How do you start your day?
