What events in your past have shaped you into who you are today? As you approached the end of 2022 and the beginning of the new year it’s meaningful to reflect on the past and acknowledge what needs to change. Albert Einstein said it best, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” I … am learning to be open and receptive to love, appreciating where I am in my journey, and forgiveness.
There are some instances when doing the same thing over and over again is necessary for your growth. Especially when they are fundamental to the path of greatness. You learn from your past, by asking yourself, “what have I learned from the experience? And how can I improve?
What do I need to change?
Surrendering, you are no longer clinging to an outcome. You are receptive of change, finding resiliency in your decisions, self-judgment, shame, fears, and joy. You dive into your consciousness syncing to the force of chi or prana. Awakening your inner warrior, you are a master in co-creating your reality.
What makes you slow down, reflect, and let love lead?
Art has always been my sweet escape. It is where I trust; knowing that “I am enough.” Each lesson shaped me into who I am today. Doing what you love reveals your strengths & weaknesses. In every challenge you find wisdom. Simply, anchoring your mind in the now, say out loud “I am learning from my mistakes.”
Suddenly, you are reminded how to get out of your way and let your senses guide you to love, wisdom, and forgiveness. “I am in solitude,” moving with the flow, in a trance, swaying rhythmically chanting I am… “I am receptive. I am here to serve.” I am deepening my spirituality doing what I love.

On this frequency, there is no I or you, just oneness: mind, body & spirit. “I am a channel for divine love.” In the background, Lauryn Hill sang, “nothing even matters.” As you submerge in the depths of emotions & thoughts, trusting the process of co-creating, and serving a greater purpose. Those tender guidance, or nudges (call it whatever you want) fill you with warmth and gently remind you that you are a gift waiting to be given and received.
What do you need to let go of going into the new year? I love to hear your point of view.
